introduction of me

hey all, i laready stuck up a few posts...lol i am 32, live in south eastern massachusetts. been here my whole life. i am a firefighter/emt and a cable tech for a large cable company. i am also a co-founder of a paranormal research group called pilgrim paranormal reasearch. we have a website and have been in buisness from over 5 years now. we serve all of new england and dont charge for investigations. =) i also raise chickens for the eggs, rabbits for the kids, and lizzards, well they are for everyone...lol i produce my own maple syrup in the spring, yes it is Delicious, and this year i will be attempting to make maple candies. . i guess i got started here from my reeftanking. i have a small saltwater reef tank, and some of the reef stores i go into have orchids, and like most i thoughtn they were really hard to get to grow, until i bought 1. i got your run of the mill phal from lowes, it was in bloom and all the flowers fell off within 2 weeks. but it has rebloomed 3 times in the last 4 years. so i started rescuing plants from lowes that they were going to throw away. i was taking everything i thought i might be bale to bring back to life. then i noticed they had a ton of orchids they wanted like 5 bucks for, most had no spikes, all packed in sphagnum and rotted roots. after talking them down to 1 or 2 bucks a piece i ended up with about 20 rescues...lol. 19 of the 20 are doing great with tons of growth. im not sure how i enede up with a green thumb, but here i am. i figured if i am going to nurse these back im gonna need a hand and info, so i searched and found you guys, and boy am i glad i found you .

im going to say thank you and im sorry up front for all my dumb questions that you guys have heard a thousand times, and im sure will hear a thousand more. so thank you for your patiences....lol
