Hello everyone, I'm new and very excited to be here!
Hello all,
My name is Mayra, I found this site because I'm very eager to learn about how to take care of orchid plants. At this point all I know is that they're beautiful flowers/plants, but I really want to go above and beyond that. I currently have a white phal orchid, I have so many questions and concerns that I'm sure most of you will see them on the forum here shortly. I in advance thank you all for any tips and guidance in my orchid journey, and can't wait to make new friends through this place as well.

Welcome Mayra, glad to have you join us. Just in case you are aware of it, there is an Orchid Society in Louisville - The Kentucky Orchid Society meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, at the Crescent Hill United Methodist Church, 201 South Peterson Avenue, Louisville, KY.

Oh wow, I didn't know this. Thanks for the info! Crecent Hill it's such a lovely area here in Louisville, it's so full of character and really, I'm not surprised that the Orchid aficionados gather there. I'll be looking into it and verify the times when they held the meetings. This is so exciting!!! Thanks again Glen! |
