So Ive been wanting an orchid or two for quite a while. I never took it on because I moved a lot with my job. Things have changed, Im in Southern CA for awhile. Its time. I was at the Santa Barbara Orchid Estate this weekend and saw the Isochilus Linearis. I am thinking that one and a N. Falcata would be a decent, not too ambitious start.

I havent purchased them yet. I am heading back up next weekend to pick them up. I figured I should wait a week, read a bit and make sure Im picking something I have a decent chance at cultivating.
