Default Beginning with Beallara
Greetings from Lorane, Oregon USA. I am delighted to share with you, that over the weekend, my husband and I bought an oncidium orchid for me, for my birthday, it comes from Briggs Hill Orchids, inc. of Eugene, Oregon. My 'Beallara Marfitch "Howard's Dream" AM/AOS' is my first orchid! Although it has not bloomed yet, from the photos I've seen, it will be sensational! If I am using the right terminology, I count 6 pseudo bulbs and 14 leads that rise to a height of 35". I look forward to gleaning from all of you the joys and proper care of orchids. Can anyone share with me information specific to my orchid? Any help you can give me regarding my orchid's species, variations, culture and care will be most appreciated. When it blooms, I will post photos!
