Wow, I have to say touring nurseries with your family is a fantastic way to spend time together and learn together! I think that it's just wonderful to be able to have something to do as a family that all members can enjoy.

Rhonda, thank you for checking out my site. There is a loophole in Cali's AB-50 (anti-50cal law). It narrowly defines the 50BMG by cartridge dimensions, so anything that doesnt fit is legal. We have been selling the 50DTC, sort of an Ackley improved 50, in CA without any problems. But, the 338 is a tack driver at .3MOA with out-of-the-box ammo, and a whole lot of fun. I will be glad to chat with you anytime and hope to pull some triggers with you in the future (I suppose we can talk orchids too ).

I hope everyone doesnt mind the gun talk, but just know that the 50cal crowd got an earful of orchid talk last weekend. Hey, I enjoy sharing my sicknesses...er, I mean hobbies.

Here is a link to a pic of my Brassia that looks like it is growing something from its base. There is actually two, the one on the left is facing us, so the stem is not visable. Is this what new growth looks like?
