Hello from Brazil!
Cool Hello from Brazil!

Hello all!

nice site we have here, im loving it :-)
my mother have been collecting orchids genetics for 30+ years and im starting to micro-propagate them.
im mostly propagating Brazilian native Species for now.
but soon i will be trying to propagte some of our best hybrids too

On our first Cattleya loddigesii flasking we got 11 good pots and 4 mold.. i think it was really good for a first time try!

We have around 350 or more Species, 50 Hybrids and 300 natives (not only Brazilian but from Indonesia, Hawai etc etc), the majority of em we have photos of the "mother plants" with flowers.

next flasking im gonna post here step by step our technique.

all the best!
i hope to make new friends and learn a lot here
pce

Welcome to Orchid Board. Brazil is an exciting place to grow orchids since so many species grow wild there. Maybe you can help save some of the species that are becoming extinct in the wild. Good luck with your projects.
