Hi everyone,
I'm a bit new to the forum, I actually joined last month but I've been so busy that I haven't really been able to post or read anything since. I am planning on doing a lot of reading though, to, well, not catch up but to familiarise myself with the site.
I grow my orchids in Florida, in Miami, to be exact and right now, at this very minute it's pouring rain outside. Thunder and lightning and everything. The one good thing about the rain, I don't have to remember to water my orchids, the bad thing, it started raining about 5 minutes after I fertilized.

duh! I need to look at the weather report before I fertilize.
I grow my orchids outside, the ones in baskets are hung under my mango tree and the others are under a phifertex awning unless they're in bloom, at which time I take them to the front porch which faces North. About twenty, give or take, of them are flowering right now and it looks and smells so delicious in the morning, I usually eat breakfast out there.
erm, well I think that's all I really have to say right now... thanks for reading!
