Hello my fellow orchid lovers!
Hi there,
I thought I would take the time to tell you a bit about myself. I hope I'm doing this right. I'm new the the whole forum thing. Please correct me if I'm wrong in posting this in the right place. 
My name is Linda and I live in Northern California, boy it is HOT! Well, I'm somewhat a beginner, OK I am. I have and have lost orchids for about 5 years now. My collection is about 15. Most of them are hybrids and I guess they would be called orchids for beginners. Anyway, I've been patient and they with me, my only problem is getting them to bloom. So I am here with open ears for all of your fine wisdom.

We were all beginners at one time or another...but what you'll learn here at Orchidboard will bring you to another level  As Dave said, the people here are friendly and knowledgeable...in addition to being generous with that knowledge 
What types of 'chids do you have? Where are you growing them? We'd love to hear more

Aboard Linda, its great that you have found the OB. Our community runs globally and it's full of information.
What type of orchids do you have. We love  s, oh yes we dooooo !!!!
Many of us are beginners and the veterans are ever so patient with us in explaining the do's and don'ts of orchids growing. Are you an indoor grower? Hope to see you around the OB....  |
