Welcome to Orchid Board.
You have a Phalaenopsis (Phal) as John has said. My tip for keeping these alive is to get the watering right. If it's in a clear pot you can judge when to water by the roots. If they turn a silvery all the way to the bottom then it's time to water, if they are still bright green it's not time to water yet. When you water use plenty of water, but make sure it's fully drained and not standing in water after you've finished watering.
I agree with the others, a check of the roots is a good idea. Moss can be packed too tight and bark can be already deteriorating. Rotten roots are mushy/hollow, good roots are firm to a gentle squeeze.
