I DID hit it!!!! I bought three more yesterday! I have purchased them all on-line and am waiting for a lot of them to be delivered. I keep pacing and looking for the mailman and fedex guy....they keep running into each other in my driveway LOL. I've bought like a mountain of growing medium , pots, baskets, and everything I can get my hands on including an absolutely gorgeous red cedar potting bench that I would sleep with if I could. I've bought all these books and I'm staying up all night looking at pictures both in books and on e-bay...I'm serious, I've got it BAD!!!! I've got to get a grip. And some sleep one of these days! LOL! I don't even know when I will have any blooms, but alot of the recent purchases (the one's I havn't received yet) were advertised as either blooming size or already in spike. So now I've got to get a dig camera, hopefully some blooms, and start posting pics! Yeah!
This is not normal behavior is it?

Depends on your definition of "normal" I consider filling every nook and cranny with orchids to be normal. I also recognize the symptom of switching to miniatures and compacts just so one can purchase more plants. And then there's the terrarium in the basement under lights. If I can ever get the front room addition completed (long story) then I will have a large basement room devoted entirely to orchids under lights. There is no cure!

It wasn't lil. It was the most gorgeous shade of white/yellows you can imagine. Perfect condition. I pulled the clear inside pot out and checked the roots - no sign of rot. Tell you what, just 'cause it's you, if it's still there tomorrow I may pick it up just so's Sarah ("caseydoll") won't get it Maybe I'll find a spot for this homeless vagabond!
