Welcome to the OB!!! You have joined the BEST orchid forum on the internet! The people are friendly and knowledgeable.
Glad to hear that your catts are doing better. I got my catts at Lowes also, like yours mine were rootless and in bad shape. They bounce back fairly easy. Orchids are pretty tough, they have to be to survive me!
You will definitely need another room! This addiction take over fast and there is no warning at all. Every orchid you see, you must have!

I could only find Paphs online. One blooms for me all the time, but the other is holding out and she BETTER be spectacular when she bloom!!!
