everyone here!.....

I am a visitor from another forum where I didn't get the answer to my Q's.
Just wondering if someone on this forum can help...
I have this Paph. Oberhausens Diamant (Paph. primulinum x Paph. sanderianum). This is his first bloom ever. He didn't grow a spike.....

... for some reason. Maybe someone here can tell me if I can hope at least maybe next time he blooms he will be able to grow a spike, or it's just a genetic problem and is not going to be corrected ever.....Maybe I did something wrong...

....
I have many other Paphs that are doing fine. I wanted this one to bloom soooooo badly, and now I am worried if I ever going to see his healthy bloom.....
Thank you everyone.
