Greetings from Rusty49 Male
Default Greetings from Rusty49

Hello! I'm am both a newbie here at Orchid Board, as well as at growing Orchids. In March I traveled to California and went with a friend to her Orange County Orchid Society. I was very impressed so I returned to the midwest and looked up the nearest one to me and joined.
I'm sure I have chosen a few harder types to grow but I am learning. The good news is that so far I have managed to keep them all alive. Bad news is that I purchased 8 chip tech LED lights and I really don't believe they are that great. Time will tell. I have to grow my plants under artifical light in the basement. I started with FL lights and have only replaced half of them until I see how LED's work out.
