Hi Heather and welcome.

It would probably be best to start a new thread as questions can get lost in intro threads. Also when you post try and put some pictures so folks can see exactly what the plants are looking like. It always helps. If you need help posting pictures see here.

Sometimes red tints can indicate too much light... but it's difficult to know if that's the case with out a picture.

Default Introduction

Hello!

I am new to this forum but not to horticulture. I live in Budapest, Hungary. I have many plants, mostly tropical fruits like cacao, citrus plants, banana, black pepper etc. This year I got some orchids and I like them very well.

I registered here because I like dealing with orchids, especially tropical epiphytes. Orchids I've grown so far:

-Vanilla planifolia
-Dendrobium nobile
-Phalaenopsis hybrids
