That miltonidium is fantastic, what great flowers.

Your Phal is what we call 'peloric'. This is a mutation of the flower to make the petals mimic the lip. They are really pretty. Sometimes you will find it goes back to normal next time, sometimes it will always be like that. Only recently someone posted pics of one where one spike was peloric and another spike on the same plant at the same time had normal flowers.
