I was looking at the ANGRAECUM sesquipedale, which has the same sort of look as the neofinetia you show above. Are they similar in culture or is the neofinetia easier to grow?

I'm sorry I don't know to much about angraecum's. I'm sure someone else here will chime into your questions.Although I was looking into sesquipedale a little while back and I can tell you that they get fairly big and that sort of kept me away from them and doing any further research on.
If you're looking for the sesquipedale, Matt also has some available for $8,
Gore Orchid Conservatory - Orchid Genera Catalog, I believe their seedlings though
As for the mounted sederia, yes they would require very high humidity levels that I can't maintain, mine varies from 30%-60%, so I stay away from plants mounted. If you can maintain high levels of humidity, my guess would be 80-90%, i'm sure they will do ok for you.
