Default hello

Hello everyone. I'm James and I'm an addict. I have been involved with orchids for a few decades and still know next to nothing. I'm just a hack but enjoy my orchids every day. I display them on my table, at my folks house, and my girlfriends kitchen counter. Actually anywhere I can. I have a modest shade house and a little over 200 orchids. I like growing them from old back bulbs and go to an orchid estate every year to buy 2-3 year old mericlones. Love to discuss anything. I am also an avid photographer. I normally use a very large camera and sheet film. I used to shoot for an orchid grower and he would use my images in his catalog. anyway, nice to hear from you all.

Welcome to OrdhidBoard, James. I know you're gonna enjoy it here.....I really do! I'm very new at my new orchid growing hobby, and I know growers like you know can contribute so much information that will be of help to all of us. If you have questions, as well, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Vicki
