I would repott since the blooms are basically done. The moss looks pretty old. I would repott in bark.
Ost people use bark, but some more advanced member here use spagh most of mine are in bark. Bark is ussually easier for beginners. You can get great medium at repotme.com

Thank you for the advice and I will look up the website.
I am a little worried about the red spots on the leaves is this a normal occurrence?

The red spots look like they could be getting maybe a bit to much, or to harsh sun. They like filtered sun or bright indirect sun. It the leaves get to much sun they will burn. Your just have a sun tan. I would give them less sun. Other than that the leaves look healthy. Are the nice and plump?

Yes they are plump and nice. I'll make sure to put her in a place where she won't get burned up.

I agree with Help. I would repot straight away, compact moss like that is not good for your orchid. I've not used repotme.com as I'm in the UK but I've heard from lots of others that it is good.
I don't know what your climate is like, some find moss better in dry climates but as Help has said most people seem to prefer bark for phals.
I agree that the red looks like a suntan to me. Don't reduce the light TOO much... I would not say it looks like it is getting drastically too much from the look of it. Some Phals do have a red tint on the edges of the leaves anyway.

Right now I am in Southern California
, not very sure of what zone it is 9a(?)
I have her inside and not in direct sunlight.
I want to repot asap but I have not idea on what the best medium would be.
I was thinking that Phal Bark Multi-Purpose Classic Orchid Mix from repotme.com would be a good start . Also I was wondering if the pot its in right now is good or should i look for a new one, something like the net pots or the ceramic one with lots of holes?

i think that mix would be good. i would pot it in a pot like this Rigid Plastic Orchid Pots if you want something decorative just get a decorative pot, and put the clear one inside. the clear pot is good, because you can easily check on the roots and check moisture. but i definitely recommend getting a plastic one for inside the decorative one!
