Hello from Seattle
Hello from Seattle.
I've just joined this board after hearing about it on Slippertalk. I'm mainly a slipper grower, but I'm slowly expanding my collection. I love the Slippertalk forum and noticed that Marty is a member over there too, so I thought I would check this site out as well. Looks like a lot of similarities as well as differences between the two.
I expect to be able to learn a lot here about different kinds of orchids here.
This is my first post here, but probably one of many.

Hi Craig,
Welcome!
I am not a slipper person myself (the flowers have always made me a little uneasy) but we do share a love of orchids in general which is all it takes!
Post photos when you can, we all love to look at the pretty flowers!

DJ,
That's what I've been telling myself from the beginning but somehow they've made their way into the collection!

Welcome to the Orchid Board. Gald you joined up. yea, slippers can be a hobby of their own, but its hard for me to think that way. Hopefully we will have you drooling for other types of orchids soon.
