Hello

I am Pandelis, my hobby is orchid growing, I am from Athens.New to OB but with 10 years experience in growing orchids.

Glad to share with all of you and make new orchid-friends.

Actually in bloom, Oncidium hybrids,Vanda hybrids, Cattleya hybrids, Cattleya trianae, C. luteola, Laelia gouldiana, Phalaenopsis venosa, P. luedemanniana, P. lindenii. P. venosa and Zygopetalum maculatum

At last another Greek on the board,Ithought I was the only one.!
Welcome.
I would be interested to find out what the orchid growing hobby is like in Athens.What is available in the trade,and how you grow (windows,lights etc.)
Also, are you interested in the wonderfull native orchids?

Yes they are two of us, so you will not feel alone.
I grow 9 months (March-November) outdoors. The three "winter" months, inside.No lights. Todays temperature is 20C or 68F if you prefer. Do you read Greek Spiro?
