I hope I'm getting this right. Today I was able to get my camera to connect to my computer, and then uploading the pictures to a Member Gallery wasn't hard, but I couldn't find any button for copying the thumbnail url, so I am just hoping this works.
This is the large sympodial that is stuck on a thick branch. I included a ruler in the picture, so you can see the bulbs are about six inches high. Does anyone recognize the species?
There was an ad for Oncidium plants on the Orchid Board that had a picture that somewhat looked like this. Looking through the section on Oncidium in my only orchid book, I see that some of them are pretty big, although the only one I ever had before was a "dancing lady" type with very small bulbs.
Maybe it would be better to post my question on the Identification section. Oh, OK, I previewed the post and the thumbnail shows up.
