gidday , from up top down under
Hi , I have gradually shifted from cold Melbourne Victoria , right up to tropical North Queensland just so I can grow exotic tropical plants . I am sort of doing it alphabetical ; Aroids , Bromeliads , Carnivorous , different exotic foliage grows huge , into jungles ..
Ok you get my drift .. have always grown a few orchids , but I am more interested in the form of the plant rather than the flower , the weird psuedobulbs of species like Gongora , and Bulbophyllums .
I worked at a orchid nursery and did deflasking and dividing , and I have been a member of an Orchid Society .. been to several conferences as a retailer .

Hi!! Welcome to the Orchid Board. Glad you could find your way here. You name looks familiar, other than the Aroideana Journal I have sitting on my desk . Are you on Aroid Fourm at Garden Web as well?
I too love Bulbophyllums, though I'm just starting out and only have one species.
What do you mean by Top Down Under?

Yes I often visit the Aroid forum on GW , it was the link to your picture of Anth. gracile that brought me to this site , thanks
'up top down under' refers to Queenslands position above all the other cooler states , and my enormous height of 2 meters
just having coffee break after spraying weeds around my 3 acre property , Damn , both mowers broken down and the man from John Deere is late

Anth. Anaconda is one of the improved hybrids coming out of the Netherlands , a mate of mine gets flats of these and grows them on for the cut flowers and sale of plants as well . There is 2 forms , a slightly pink colour as well , got lots more Anthurium pix.
