Well I wanted to back into orchids after I killed one (memoria alice ainsworth) about 7 years ago, the free one(some cattleya) that came with it wouldn't die and then dropped after 5-6 years. Originally I got interested in orchids when I found out there were two orchids named after a family member. The Dendrobium Ainsworthii and the Phragmipedium Ainsworthii both around 1874ish. They rarely come up for sale so I figured I might want to recreate them myself and then do a hybrid with that one and try to get it registered. Since Feb. I have purchased the following.
