Thanks for the welcome everyone! 27,000 may have been a small exageration, more like a couple hundred and about 2 dozen orchids. I find myself working all day with plants and coming home to hours of more plant work! Although once home it's not a task, its more like a hobby, and passion.
Things started getting out of control with my new job...rooting countless cuttings, saving reject plants from the dumpster (by taking them home,) and being present during flower/plant rotations. Just acquired a 9 ft tall Columbii? cactus, as well a 9ft tall Tarzan. All and all it's very manageable, sans dealing with my first bug outbreak (damn spider mites) and lack of sunlight in winter. And it's like having a botanical garden inside and outside my home! I've been growing orchids for a couple years now, kinda learning as I go. They seem to respond well to me :-))

P.S. How and where should I post my pictures. I try clicking that mountain peak icon to add an image and nothing happens..

Thanks everyone

I have the magic touch! haha. Your icon pic is Baldan's Kaleidoscope right? I have one that's been blooming since February! Just started losing some flowers, but it replaced them with new ones that are just opening. I also have a peloric of this plant that just started blooming. It's possibly my favorite orchid in my collection, but don't tell the others....
