When you're looking for stuff like that, it would be better to look in two areas, rather than do an OB search (unless you're looking for a specific plant or something like that)...
1. check the site menu which is on the left side of each page
2. Look in the "About This Board" forum which is near the top of the list on the main forums page.
There are lots of hints and tips in there
