Hi. My name is seamonkey and I'm an orchiholic.

It all started with a phalaenopsis. It was such a rush to see its perfect beauty last for months. Then, I bought another one. Pretty soon I was thinking about them all the time, researching other genera and plotting my next acquisition.

I'm now at 53 orchids and spend hours each day tending and enjoying them to the exclusion of normal healthy human activities. All I know is, I'm happy....

Yes you are very obsessed, just like the rest of us here. You should fit in just fine! Nice haul at the show, the Bc is a very nice looking orchid. This one is on my wishlist, and you just reminded me that I really should get it!

There are some good enablers here, so you should be getting tons more orchids in no time!
