my names Drew i live in burlington Ontario. I've had orchids for about three years now and my collection stands at about 25. I am by no means an expert rather a long standing beginer.

This is a really great, friendly place so make sure and ask all the questions you want, even if they seem quite basic. There'll always be someone else who will learn from the answers as well (again usually me).

We have other members who raise dart frogs! Check out the terrarium gardening section Lots of super cool set ups over there. You can post your pictures as well, we'd love to see them.

What types of orchids are you currently growing?

right now I've got about
5 Cattleya (none of whitch have ever bloomed)
2 Cymbidium
7 Dendrobium
3 Oncidium
2 Paphiopedilum
6 Phalaenopsis
1 Vanda

Most are traditionally grown a few are semi hydropics
