Hello from Cold Lake Alberta!!! Male
Default Hello from Cold Lake Alberta!!!

Hi am from Cold Lake Alberta and I currently have a white Phalaenopsis, a dendrobium of some sort with purple flowers, a Vanda roberts delight black, a Sle. Jungle beaux and a Paphiopedilum insigne. I have had my white Phal for 3 years and it has bloom every year and is about to bloom again. I have had my dendrobium for 3 years also but have never been able to re bloom it and all my other orchids were recently purchased at the 2009 Edmonton Orchid Show

: Welcome to OB!! Your orchids sound great!! Might wanna try giving the dend a cold treatment in the fall/winter, that usually helps them initiate spikes that bloom in jan/feb. They like to get down to 45-50F usually, the cold relaly helps them. Good luck!

Welcome to OB. You'll find some great advice and hopefully we can help you get that Dendrobium flowering again.

Hi Wgama

Welcome from a fellow Canadian. I was wondering have you ever purchased a orchid from Paramount Orchids in Calgary?
