: Welcome to the OB and we hope you enjoy your stay! I'm still a newbie to the site in a manner of speaking... Haven't been on for very long, but I have fallen in utter love with the site and everyone here is soooo friendly! We all share a common love (or is it lust) for orchids which those without 'chids just can't understand... LOL... Glad to have you here!

WELCOME to OB. You have a nice selection of orchids there. Your 'Roberts Delight Black' has been on my wish list for a long time.

You may find a vanda to be a bit of a challenge if you don't have a greenhouse. Be sure to give it LOTS of light. I grow several vandas in my home, in my basement, they are under a HID light and they do bloom for me. I have one that is in bloom now for the second time in a year. My understanding is that Robert's Delight blooms only once a year.

If you have any questions about growing vandas in your home, you can PM me. I'm in no way a vanda expert, but I do have a lot of luck with them as long as they get lots of light.

Marilyn
