Hi everyone! I've been reading the threads for a while, and have been so impressed with how helpful & friendly you all are that I had to join! I'm not entirely new to orchids, but I only know enough to be obnoxious My "orchid room" is a wire shelf in the bedroom corner, with a grow-bulb aimed at it. The shelf is full, so I bought hanging orchids that would fit in the bathroom. Here's my list:
A mini SLC Ginny Champion "Prince"
A Neostylis (having a hard time finding culture info on that)
Neofinetia falcata (to water, or let dry out? It's in coconut fibres)
Leptotes-on-a-stick (hangs nicely in the bathroom!)
BLC Hawaiian Leopard "Mei-Ling"
Brass Nodosa
Brass Subulifolia (Mid-day shade required?)

Many of these are new, the Flower & Garden Show was just in town. I'd love to post pics to share, I really enjoy seeing everyone else's photos. I'll find my camera one of these days...

Hi Tinarae!!!!! Welcome!
You have the contagious "orchid bug" of which there is no cure. I too hope you can find your camera. We love pics here. You have a nice list of plants there. Someone with more information than I will help you with your questions. Those particular orchids that you are inquiring about , I do not have. I just wanted to say hello and welcome you to this crazy fun place.

Thanks Kiki! I know there's quite a lot of variation in my collection, but I have no self- control!

Hi tinarae,
Welcome aboard,
I love variety myself and I have a Neostylis myself that I need info on. I'm keeping it in a warm, sunny
bathroom.

Thanks Beverly! My Neostylis has 4 buds that will open any day (The buds were on it when I bought it). Mine's currently under the grow light. I'll try to post pics when the blooms open.
