That one you posted is a Dendrobium. There are many different color varieties, but the same is true about Phalaenopsis, Vanda, Cymbidiums, and just about any orchid genus. They all have unique shapes within groups, but should vary in color. I'd search the names and look at the form of the flowers, or their arrangement on the spike (flower stem). Some will have fewer but larger flowers like Cattleyas, but some can have long sprays medium or smaller flowers. Decide which shape and form you like - then you'll be able to ask for exactly what you want.

Dendrobiums (the one you posted above) flower stalks can be tall and "spikey" and packed with flowers. These should be good for bouquets and table centerpieces.

Phals and Vandas have larger, rounder, and flatter flowers. Their flower stalks are often long and arching, and are suited to table decorations.

Cymbidiums are great too. They can do it all. This should get you started.
