Hello from Tropical Malaysia

Hi everybody. I just joined the vibrant OB forum yesterday. My all time favourite is a small Borneo genera with only 4 species: Paraphalaenopsis. I think it is an underappreciated subdued beauty and i'm compiling materials and photos to write a book on it -- all about the species and their primary and intergeneric hybrids. Two of my friends here in Malaysia has created 2 new grexes with pronounced para. influences. Check it out -- Hirayamaara and Chinheongara.

Welcome aboard Jok-Keng. I've only seen Paraphalaenopsis in books, and a few web sites. They are indeed lovely. Keep us posted on your progress, and have fun here at OB.
