I've been lurking around here for a couple weeks now and I thought I would finally take the time to say howdy. I've only been trying my hand at orchids (phals) for the past few months, and being the bleeding heart that I am I made the mistake of trying to save a very poor looking phal from the grocery store. It's been a massive chore (but a nice one, I love to grow things) but this forum has been a HUGE help. So I just wanted to say hello and thanks!

I was suprised this morning when I woke up to find a new orchid sitting in my office ( I love my boyfriend!), but it's a dendro - I have yet to try my hand at these... so I'll be kickin around here quite a bit doing my researchings. This place RULES. And I am soooooooo loving all the pictures everyone shares... my god orchids are the most beautiful flowers ever!

Thanks all for the warm welcome... I'm sure you'll be seeing much more of me I think I'm kinda hooked on these purdy little flowers...
