I repot my phrags every 6 to 9 months - depending on the growth and media break-down. I no longer use bark, with phrags the growth was slow and mold showed up.
Now, I use sphagnum moss (for moisture) & perlite (for drainage & air)

Yours is a wet growing phrag, Don't allow this one to dry-out keep this one wet. Water the media throughly and keep some water in a saucer for it to sip. Keep it moist.
Phrags will not grow and bloom well at all if allowed to dry out for days on end.

Thanks for letting me know! I bet if I keep it wet, repot it and try orchid food again it will start growing

If the leaf tips brown, that means let up on the fertilizer a bit or throw on more distilled water. Or reg water if you have good water.
