I was invited to vote for some calendar! Let's see!
I'm a woman in my late 50'ties, and as a Orchid-woman I'm about 10 years old!
I got to this site because of my seaching for something special, which I don't recall!
I grow about 100 orchids in my living-room, and I have a large garden of 1000 sqm, so some of my orchids are enjoying a nice holiday out there. The rest - be free to guess!
Of course I'm a member if the Danish Society of Orchids, but really I'm not that active, I do not have time to go to meetings and such!
My orchids would prefer that I use less time with my Breton dog
, and on the other hand she would prefer not to have orchids.

Back to orchids!
I prefer to have both, i. e.dog and orchids, so that is what I do have! I have been visiting the far east - sometimes, and I'd love to have a green-house, - and a lot of time!
Still I have a lot of different species,
too many, - some would say! But Calanthes, Cynodes, Cynoches are my favourites, and they grow well, if I'm able to keep night temperature high enough! My favourites would be Dendrobium, but I'm not that smart or clever!Whatever, all tropical orchids will´do!
