New Member to the Orchid Board

all, I'm new to the Orchid board and just wanted to say hi to all. I hail from Toledo OH and started collecting orchids about two years ago. My first and many of my orchids were "rescues". A local hardware/garden store were going to throw them out so I talked them into letting me take them home and try to revive them. Most of them lived. I am now up to 30 orchids in my collection. I just received my first Vanda and I'm hoping that it will survive in this chilly Mid-west weather that we tend to have. Well I guess that's about it....just wanted to say hi.
