I am a relative beginner with a (very) small 6x8' greenhouse in the back yard. Grow Vandas and Onciciums, Epicats and whatever I win on the raffle table at my local club, the Santa Cruz Orchid Society. Also grow masdevallias outside that are really doing well in my climate. Best regards, Bruce Hill

Welcome to the board. This is a great place to learn, share and discuss. Do you have any pictures? I would love to see any, especially the vandas as I have an obsession and the masdevallias that are outdoors.

What is your climate like? I am not very familiar with California climate.
