Hi and welcome! Where did you move from? Just think, you will be able to have all kinds of orchids and keep them everywhere!!! That's such an awesome concept for someone like me up in the Northern part of the country.

Hi,Long story. I got married AGAIN....Hubby live's in Edgewater. I live in Ocala 100 miles away. So I am back and forth every weekend with Monday"s off. Just cannot sell my home. I have about a dozen orchids. All doing very well. My vanda love's the filtered light in the screen room. She just keeps giving and giving. The others are just hanging around. Is there any Florida people near me?

Hi I will be in Punta Gorda in a month or so. I started my collection there at the Saturday market, buying the bargain ones that had almost finished blooming. I brought them all home to NJ Have had second bloom on one and all are showing growth. I will carry them back to Fl. So I don't miss a bloom!

Is there a Saturday market there all year??? With orchids??? We visit Cape Coral every year March or April for 2 weeks, would be interested in visiting the market this spring, though I'd have to "wear" any new plants accross the border!

4 1 more When I have been there fall winter and spring the mkt has been open. It's a small farmers market and has 1 orchid seller. There is also a Sat mkt in Sarasota on Main St with a few sellers with bigger fancier orchids. But harder to wear!!
