Dear All,
My name is Inga and I've been reading your forum for a while. Now I decided to introduse myself. First of all I have to appologize for my English as I'm not a native speaker.

I'm from across the great pond, from Latvia, one of the Baltic countries. It seems the orchid addiction has hit me badly so I'm really happy to join OB.

Consider myself as a newbie at the orchid world, ~ two years now. I have about 60 orchids, mostly idustrial no-names, but also have some known hybrids, some botanicals.

As I see here wonderful people with great expertise, I really hope to find new friends, many answers, and join your community.

Inga and welcome to the OB. We are so glad you found us and decided to come out of hiding!

Just jump right in with questions or help, with 60 orchids you've got some experience behind you that will help us!!

Hello Inga,

Welcome to the Orchid board. From Latvia !?!

I was in Latvia about a year ago, as well as Estonia and Lithuania (I'm Lithuanian). I really enjoyed them all. I spent several days in Latvia, but didn't get out of Riga much. It is a beautiful city, and looks very prosperous. The people were very nice too.
