Hi fellow orchid enthusiasts!

Wow, I'm amazed by the orchid collection of some posters!! They all look very beautiful!

I'm from Belgium, I've got 2 orchids (pics below). The first one was a gift from my grandmother, who has many orchids allready. She bought me the purple one when I went on a students exchange for 6 months. The white one was offered for Secretary's Day by my employer. I also got a 3rd one, a white mini paleonopsis (sorry for not using the right name :s) which sits on my office desk and gives joy every day at work.

The temptation to buy more orchids is extremely hard to resist, but I have a small appartement so I follow a very strict rule: I can only add orchids to my living space that were a gift from someone. Luckely my family and friends know now about it

I hope to be a valuable addition and I'm sure we'll meet somewhere on this wonderful forum!
