Hello fellow members,
I have just registered to this forum. Have been a orchid grower for the past few years with a few varieties like pals, vanda and cym .I have one type that just sprout new shots but no flowers at all even though I (think) can see its bud at the center.This plant has almost a dozen shots , some as long as 8 inch and the diameter of the stem as big as 1.25 inch with two or three leaves at the top.I'm not the technical savy person - that's why there is no photo attached.Could it because I live in the topics that's why it cannot bloom.
I'm just a beginner in this hobby.

I live in tropics too. They say to supply fertilizer 20, 20, 20, for blooms.
