Hi Neil, Cowboys East, huh? Intriguing. I'm from the east. What orchids do you have? If you have a chance to post pictures, we all love seeing pics of everyone's collections. This is a great site, everyone is friendly and helpful. I'm just as addicted to OB as I am of orchids. Again, Welcome!!!!!

Hi Neil
Welcome to Orchidboard

I'm happy to see you've decided to join us. What types of orchids are you growing? Do you grow them indoors, outdoors, greenhouse, terrarium? So many questions!

We'd love to see some pictures.

If you need help with anything, let us know

Default My Orchid List

When I joined this site I had a about 10 Phals (mostly NOIDS),a Phap and one really nice Neo Falcata I got from Andy's Orchids last November at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens Show. Not much to really list. Since then I have been busy. My growing area is limited so I have gravitated towards warm to intermediate low to bright light miniatures ( or at least compact). Here is a list of my orchids as of today.
dt
Dendrobium nobile (NOID-really nice compact white/pink)
Dtps K-Yut Pearl
Haraella retrocalla
Maxillaria tenuifolia
Neofinetia falcata (bought this before I knew what I was doing. It is alive and do very well now)
Oncidium "Twinkle"
Phaphiopedilum (Maudine x Wardii)
Phal. Brother Saragold
Phal. Daniella Ter Laak
Phal. equestris
Phal. mannii (Aurea Form)
Phal. mannii var. flavum x Phal. equestris alba linda cheok
Phal. Fancy Musik (Phal. Micronova 'Stones River' x Phal equestris alba 'Clarkson')
Phal. schilleriana purpurea
Phal. stuartiana
Phal. violaceae
Sedirea japonica var. Minmaru
plus about 10 Noid Phals

Its small but growing fast and I am waiting on a Phal. Lobbii and a Phal. Riverbend X Zuma Beach that should be here tomorrow. Minature species Phals and any Aerangis are what I am drawn to. Always looking for advice on vendors and culture. Thanks for all of your help so far.

Neil

Hi Neil and I'm glad you finally joined. It's fun to contribute here and get to know people from all parts of the world who are orchaholics too.
Great list you have there.

Hi again Neil

If you open up your UserCP to edit your profile, you can copy and paste your plant list into the details (it's towards the bottom of your profile page), then anybody who wants to see your plant list can just click on the icon that will appear in your post headings.

Let me know if you need help with anything
