Hello everyone!

I was really into orchids 20 years ago, then I had a Phalaenopsis schilleriana, Brassavola nodosa, for the rest I was killing Paphs, and it was getting expensive!

Now I'm back! I went on a pandemic multi genera shopping spree and filled up several shelves in my grow room. At least I didn't get dogs like my neighbours. Anyway, I got some plants that I don't get at all, so I'm here to look for information on them! So far none have died, so that's good!

Welcome! I think most of us who have grown orchids through the years have done something similar. I know I have!

Welcome to Orchidboard!!!

I've done similar back when new to the hobby, and bought lots of very different orchids because they were 'pretty'. Sadly many of them died. On the plus side, this approach does help you figure out really quickly which types of orchids do well for you, and which don't!

Nowadays I only grow a couple types that I do better with, though I can't say that I grow anything exceptionally well compared to most of the experienced growers here. But I have fun anyways!
