Hello!
I'm new here, but not new to orchids. I've grown orchids for about 6 years. Though they are not my main interest as far as plants go (I love ferns, ericoids, melastomes, mosses, aroids), I do enjoy growing and collecting them. I am particularly fond of miniature new world orchids, such as Pleurothallis and Lepanthes
I have experience working at a conservatory here in MN, and also an orchid nursery.
Besides growing plants, I enjoy keeping aquariums, botanizing in the wild (I love finding orchids in the wild, and have found many of our Minnesota native species), biking, hiking, and reading.
