Hi Everyone!
I'm an Arizonan, surgeon, dog lover, and very inexperienced orchid enthusiast! I bought my first orchid a few years ago because it was pretty and I thought it might alleviate my stress during residency. When it bloomed a second time, I was hooked. Joining this board has opened my eyes to an amazing community of orchid lovers just as diverse as their favorite plants! It's also shown me how little I know and how impressive it is that my orchid herd has survived despite all of my mistakes (except for one we recently lost to scale, RIP).
