Hello from a Mississippian!
Default Hello from a Mississippian!

Hello everyone!

I've always admired Orchids. From their many types, colors, and shapes! I'm very new to actually taking care of them, though I've bought many as gifts for many years. Inspiration to talk on this board came from my first orchid reblooming, and then a whole 'nother branch growing off in the middle of the season with some newer flowers! I have many questions, which of course will be planted in the 'Beginner Discussion' section!

Look forward to learning much and talking with many!

Thanks!

Welcome, Geoff.

What part of MS? Early in my career, I spent every other week for a year out at the end of the Bayou Cassotte industrial area in Pascagoula.

Welcome to the OB, geo. (I am almost your neighbor -- AL.)

You found the right forum for super orchid advice. These folks know their stuff!

I succumbed to the orchid addiction about three years ago and am now "way in over my head" with 124! The experts here at OB have saved many of mine.

Happy growing!
