Yep, that's about it, other than a couple of phrases not usable here. The rest is fairly self-explanatory that I know, other than potato. My Great Aunt Martha Boh, when it was thundering outside, would always say in German "The old woman in the sky dropped her potatoes again." Somehow "kartoffel" has always been remembered by me.
. I can recommend visiting Zeche Zollverein or the German mining museum in Bochum (a neighbouring city) if you haven't already. And if you want to see a very beutiful and old city centre, Hattingen-Altstadt is your adress
