Default Hello :)

I've posted a couple of times already but I saw this and figured I should introduce myself My name is Heather and I'm just getting started in orchids... I got my first Phal. about 3 years ago (still hasn't flowered... *sigh*) and I've been growing carnivorous plants for about 5 years. I'm currently a college senior who will be starting veterinary school in the fall... I'm big into animals, obviously but my plants help keep me sane! (or do they just add to the insanity...?)

I'm really excited about getting more into the orchid hobby... I bought a flowering Paphiopedilum at my first orchid show a few weeks ago and I think I'm officially hooked now! Everybody on this board seems to be extremely welcoming and friendly to newbies like myself, I look forward to meeting all of you!
