Hi orchidfiend, and welcome aboard. First of all, with a handle like that, you're in the right place for sure! We all are. About your crazy orchid, if it likes you and what you do for it, it will surprise you all the time. Most newer hybrids can bloom more than once a year. Sounds like it likes you! Jump right in with any questions or comments, and have fun.
Welcome to the board. As the others said many orchids will bloom more than once a year. Culture determines (to a large degree) the frequency of blooming. A few are never out of bloom, and a few bloom rarely (not even annually). So determine what you have and how best to grow it. Then ask away.
