Great site. Wow that’s a lot of work. I love the information, already. I will be reading more.
I like your last post. I have never grown orchids but have always grown something, from houseplants to backyard and urban food gardens. All by trail and error. My approach for all has been find out what that plant requires and figure out if and how you can best provide those requirements according to the circumstances you are in. I love figuring that stuff out. That and learning how to read the signs of a thriving vrs a distressed plant has worked pretty good. Don’t get me wrong, I killed my share of plants and I kept more than a few going too.
This is why I am starting orchid collection with my $15. Trader Joe’s NOIDs. I made a promise to wait and see if I can figure out how to keep these alive before moving on to anything more expensive!!!
Your collection sounds AMAZING! Thanks for responding to a newbie. : )
